Pantheone Returns Policy

This returns policy is to be read in conjunction with our terms and conditions of sale.


If you received a faulty, defective or damaged product, please follow our simple returns process below. Please note that: You must provide us with evidence that your Pantheone product was purchased from Pantheone Online (e.g. have a Pantheone Online order reference number). An exchange (replacement product), refund or repair is available for products that are damaged in transit (ie: before you received it) or do not satisfy the statutory consumer guarantees (“Consumer Guarantees”) included in the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), being Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). You should notify us of any faulty or damaged product as soon as possible. Subject to the ACL, we reserve the right to refuse to replace, repair or refund any product that is not returned: within 14 days of delivery, if the defect or damage is apparent when you receive the product, or otherwise within 2 years of purchase. Please note that subject to the ACL, this policy does not apply, and we accept no liability for any loss arising from a damaged or defective product, if the product is damaged or becomes defective as a result of improper storage, operation under abnormal conditions, misuse, neglect, spills of liquid, excess humidity, exposure to saltwater or abuse. This process is in addition to any further rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

How do I return/exchange my Pantheone online purchase?

Please contact the Pantheone Support Team at Pantheone Support Team You must include with the returned product evidence that your product was purchased from Pantheone Online (e.g. have a Pantheone Online order reference number). If the product can be posted or easily returned, or we have agreed to an exchange or refund on the basis of clause 5 below, please send the product to the address notified by the Pantheone Support Team. A traceable shipping method is recommended. If the product is too large or heavy to easily return, we will arrange for its collection. However, if we inspect the product and it is found that we have not breached any Consumer Guarantee, we may ask you to pay for the cost of transporting the product. We will endeavour to provide you with an estimate of these costs if applicable. Refund times may vary, but generally, returns can be fully processed within 7-10 business days after receipt of the product, confirmation that the damage/defect is covered by this policy and evidence of purchase

Lost in Transit/Faulty Goods

Pantheone does not assume liability for items lost in transit.

Credits and refunds

If your product fails to satisfy the Consumer Guarantees, you will be entitled to have your product repaired, replaced or have the purchase price refunded. Unless the ACL requires otherwise, we will determine how the failure is remedied. In the case of replacement (except a replacement under clause 5), no additional shipping charges will be added to your order and we’ll help arrange for the original product to be shipped back to us. Where applicable, refunds will be provided via the same form of payment used for your order.

What if I change my mind?

Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided if you simply change your mind. However, if you wish to return a product because you selected an incorrect colour, style or model, as long as the product is returned in its original packaging within 15 days after the product is delivered, we may (but are not required to) offer you a credit or exchange. No credit or exchange will be issued until the item has been returned to Pantheone, inspected by Pantheone and a return authority has been generated by Pantheone.

Repairs and Servicing

To find out how to  return a product for repair, please contact our service team using the details above.  Pantheone will assess and repair products within a reasonable time. This time frame will be communicated via the service team when your goods are assessed but may vary due to part availability or fault diagnosis. For repairs that are not covered by the ACL or manufacturer’s warranty, Pantheone will estimate any additional fees (labour, freight, assessment) that will be incurred for the repair. Where a fault is not found, subject to the ACL you may also incur a service fee.

Backing up of Data

Please ensure, where possible, all data is backed up on recordable media (flash drives, computer hard drives, camera memory cards, mobile phone contacts). Depending on repair requirements, some data may be lost. Pantheone is not liable for any lost data.
